Established in 2011, The MAP6 Photography Collective is a group of ten photographers collaborating to learn, experiment, and create new work that explores the complex relationship between people and place. Each project takes us to a new location where we WORK TO FORM A PHOTOGRAPHIC response shaped by its landscapes and communities. These projects culminate in curated exhibitions, a programme of talks, and a group publication. Our work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Oriel Colwyn Gallery in Wales, the Helsinki Photo Festival, the Brighton Photo Fringe, the Milton Keynes Art Gallery, and the Vilnius Photographers Gallery.
