The MAP6 Photography Collective is a group of ten photographers collaborating to learn, experiment, and create new work that explores the complex relationship between people and place. Each year, we travel to a new location and WORK TO FORM A PHOTOGRAPHIC response shaped by its landscapes and communities. These projects culminate in curated exhibitions, a programme of talks, and a group publication. Since 2011, we have continuously expanded and refined our approach to artistic collaboration, both as individuals and as a collective. Our work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Oriel Colwyn Gallery in North Wales, the Helsinki Photo Festival, the Brighton Photo Fringe, the Milton Keynes Art Gallery, and the Vilnius Photographers Gallery. We are currently working on new projects in the Veneto region of Italy and North West Scotland.
