I am a British photographer whose work is derived from a lifelong passion for walking. My personal practice examines the relationship between walking and photography, creating projects drawn from the physical, psychological and historical experience of moving through natural or urban landscapes.

Each project adopts a distinct approach to walking, whether following lines randomly drawn across a city map, undertaking a series of nocturnal ambulations, or repeatedly CIRCUMAMBULATING a building of historical significance. Alongside my personal work, I undertake commissioned projects and have extensive experience as a commercial photographer and drone operator. My first book, Walking with Strangers, was published in 2024 by Another Place Press.

Since 2011, I have also been a founding member of the photography collective MAP6. As part of the collective, I’ve contributed to the organisation of projects, exhibitions, publications, talks, and events. Our publication Wales: The Landscape Project was launched at Photobook Cafe in 2023, and Finland: The Happiness Project at The Photographers’ Gallery in London in 2022. We are currently developing two new projects based in the Veneto region of Italy and on the west coast of Scotland.
