Lanificio Paoletti

Lanificio Paoletti is a textile manufacturer that specialises in producing textiles made of pure, carded wool. The mill was founded in 1795 in Follina and is now managed by the tenth generation of the family. The mill originated when the first glimmers of the industrial revolution appeared in the Veneto. Today, on the factory floor a fleet of machinery spreads out across 10,000 m² of space, with 40 employees operating 24 looms that produce 400,000 m² of fabric each year. Many traditional wool processing techniques are still used at Lanificio Paoletti, some of which do not exist anywhere else.


FABRICA

Fabrica was founded in 1994 by Luciano Benetton and Oliviero Toscani. The creative residency is based in Treviso, Italy, in an ancient villa which was restored and enlarged by Tadao Ando, ​​one of Japans leading architects. Tadao Ando states “Fabrica is a space that stimulates communication and encounter between people, history and nature”. It’s campus includes an auditorium, a library, a cinema, a photography studio and a historic park. The six-month residency is for creative people under 25, that undertake research in such fields as photography, visual communication, interactive design, video, music and writing.


Grafiche Antiga

Grafiche Antiga is a printing company in Treviso, that over the past 50 years has transformed into a vast industrial business attracting both national and international clientele. It is the primary printing company for numerous brands operating in the industrial, fashion and furniture sectors, and for museum institutions and communication agencies. They also print books for many of the worlds leading photographers. The complex is spread over a vast factory space of 25,000 m² and has more than 200 collaborating staff. The publishing division oversees the entire book production process as well as the distribution phase aimed at publishing houses, associations and companies. It also has its own bookbinding department to allow them to maintain quality control from the start to the end of the production cycle.


Scotton

Since 1974 Scotton have been designing and manufacturing standard and customized gift boxes made of folding and laminated cardboard, clear boxes, boxes for sugared almonds, Christmas packaging, bottles and pastries, all strictly Made in Italy. The production of embossed and printed cardboard is Scotton’s characterising and exclusive key element. Produced with latest generation high-tech machinery guaranteeing precision and control at every stage of the processing, the distinct relief effect combines technical know-how and aesthetic taste. Being able to propose various types of embossing, ensures that demands from the most varied commodity sectors are satisfied, by providing unique and incomparable boxes.


Montelvini

Since 1881, the Serena family has been dedicated to wine production with skill and passion. Montelvini is strongly linked to the land surrounding the town of Asolo and is one of the most important farms in the Treviso territory. The experience in wine growing within Venegazzù Montelvini has been passed on from father to son through five generations over 130 years, maintaining its aims of quality, loyalty and fairness, and contributes to writing the future of a territory inclined to making great wines.

Founded in the 1980s, when the brothers Valter and Vittorino De Bortoli teamed up to provide international forwarding services, the D.B Group now has 54 offices worldwide. D.B. Group provides global freight-forwarding and logistics solutions through a customised range of worldwide transport services including rail, flight, road and shipping.


Cantina Pizzolato

Located in the countryside north of Treviso, the vineyards produce Italy’s leading organic wines including Prosecco, Italy's most popular sparkling white wine, made with 100% organic Prosecco grapes. Since 1991, all the wines crafted have been certified as 100% organic. Settimo Pizzolato, who owns the winery, is not only an expert winemaker but also an enthusiast of organic farming. The estate covers an area of 58 hectares and also collaborates with neighbouring producers contributing an additional 48 hectares of organically grown grapes. The Pizzolato family has been working in the agricultural sector for more than five generations, consistently living in harmony with nature and the environment.


Benetton Foundation & Gallerie delle Prigioni

The Foundation’s headquarters is in the centre of Treviso, between via Cornarotta and the waterway known as “La Roggia”. It comprises two buildings – Palazzo Bomben-Mandruzzato and Palazzo Caotorta – an ideal space for the present scientific work of the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche (and its developments). The premises is comprised over 10,000 cubic metres, with usable internal space of about 3,200 square metres and an outdoor area of about 900 square metres. Palazzo Caotorta houses the Foundation’s scientific and publishing activities and the documentation centre (including the library, the archive, the collection of maps and the picture library). Palazzo Bomben is a centre for cultural activities open to the city that has a 150-seat auditorium.

The Gallerie delle Prigioni, which is located close to The Benetton Foundation, is an exhibition venue of the Imago Mundi Foundation which promotes the research, production and dissemination of contemporary art, organising contemporary art exhibitions events and educational workshops. The gallery is a former nineteenth-century Habsburg prison which was opened to the public in 2018 following the restoration carried out by the architect Tobia Scarpa, which allowed the exhibition space to come to life keeping the previous identity of the building alive.
